Tobin J. Dunigan Joins the Board of Directors of CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. and County National Bank

Craig S. Connor, Chairman of the Board of CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. and County National Bank (“CNB”), has announced the appointment of Tobin J. Dunigan to the Board of Directors of CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. and County National Bank.

The Board of Directors is comprised of local leaders with the commitment and vision to guide CNB toward its mission of providing exemplary financial products and services to clients in its local markets. CNB Board members are responsible for the safety and soundness of the Bank, as well as promoting business development efforts. CNB Directors act as a sounding board in their communities for banking activities and help align and commit resources to support the growth and prosperity of the communities in which CNB serves. "We are pleased to add Tobin Dunigan to the Board of Directors. His experience, leadership, and commitment to our communities and our mission will be invaluable as we continue to grow the Bank and serve our stakeholders,” said Craig Connor.

Mr. Dunigan is currently the President of Lakeshore Family Partners, a family-owned holding company headquartered in Jackson. He is responsible for the operations, investment strategy and execution, and long-term planning of the company. He is accomplished in the areas of strategic planning, operational budgeting, and financial planning and analysis. Tobin was born and raised in Jackson, and graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics.

Mr. Dunigan is active in the Jackson community, serving the Jackson Community Foundation as a Trustee and Audit Committee member. He has been married to his wife Abby for seven years, and they have three children:  Winifred, Maxine, and Fitzgerald.  Tobin said, "I am humbled by the opportunity to serve on the Board at County National Bank and look forward to helping steward the Bank's 90 plus year legacy."
